Artsakh Republic President’s Sunday in the Karvatchar region

 On 9 July Artsakh Republic President BakoSahakyan visited the Martakert and Shahoumyan regions and got acquainted with the Sotk-Martakert highway construction process.
In the Chapar village the Head of the State convoked a consultation on the activities to be carried out at the final stage of the construction.
