Winemaking in Artsakh does not live its best days, especially, if we compare it with the soviet period. The price of grape keeps many people back from expanding vineyards, and many wine producers frequently complain of severe competition and difficulties related to the consumption of the product. However, there are many examples of successful experience. Qualitative wine is not only easy to consume, but also is looked for by those who have understanding of good wine. The founders of the youngest wineries in Artsakh are confident that their initiative will replenish the ranks of successful stories.
